A highly functional?cake improver designed for recipes with high fat content to give high emulsification properties.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Emulsifier (E 471), Monopropylene Glycol (E1520), Polyglycerol esters of Fatty Acids, (E475), Potassium Stearate
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It should be used between 1-4%. It is used in sponge cake, cake and roll wrapping production.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
It should be stored in a cool, moisture-free and odorless place. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. It should be k er each use. Our products do not contain any additives made from pork.
