Wheat Flour, Enzymes (Amylase, Glucoxidase, Lipase), Antioxidant Agent (E300).
Application
Suitable for all kind of bread mixes.

Process
- Blend cake mix with egg for 1 m on slow speed
- continue mixing 2m second speed
- scrape the bowl
- add water and oil and continue mixing 2 m on second speed
- deposit as desired (baking times will vary according to drop weights)
