Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Thickener (Pectin E440), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330), Nature identical Banana flavour, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202), Colourant (E 102).
How to use:
Take the required amount of cold glaze into a bowl, add 10-15% water and blend to get a smooth texture for an easy application. It can be applied with a brush or a spatula on cake & pastry products directly.
