Ready to use Cold Glaze to provide covering and glazing for pastry products
Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Thickener (Pectin E440), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330), Nature identical kiwi flavour, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202), Colourant (E 141) .
How to use:
Take the required amount of cold glaze into a bowl, add 10-15% and blend until smooth for an easy application. It can be applied directly with a brush or a spatula on cake & pastry products.
